Plasmolifting PRP Gel is a type of separating thixotropic gel with sodium citrate-based anticoagulant produced by Industrie Biomediche & Farmaceutiche. It is meant to be used in Plasmolifting therapy, a medical treatment that makes use of the patient’s own blood to develop an autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for effective tissue regeneration. The patient’s blood is drawn into the tube containing the separating gel. It is then centrifuged and heat-processed into a biocompatible and biodegradable autologous platelet injection known as Plasmogel. This injectable implant is indicated for the correction of various aesthetic flaws like wrinkles, undefined facial features, loss of facial volume, and unsculpted facial contours. It can be administered via intradermal or supraperiosteal injection. Plasmogel can last for up to three months. The package includes ten 9ml borosilicate medical glass tubes preloaded with separating gel. Store this non-toxic, non-surgical, and disposable medical device at room temperature and well-protected from moisture, heat, and sunlight.
